  • 1/2 HEAD GREEN CABBAGE
  • 1/2 HEAD RED CABBAGE
  • 4 LARGE LARGE CARROTS, SHEAD
  • 1 CUP CHOPPED PARSLEY
  • 2 CUP MAYONNAISE
  • 1/4 CUP DIJON MUSTARD
  • 3 TBSP SWEET HOT MUSTARD
  • 1 TSP CELERY SEED
  • 1/2 TSP SALT
  • 1/2 TSP PEPPER

Preparation

Step 1

SLICE CABBAGE, AND PLACE IN BOWL WITH
SHREDDED CARROTS, MIX REMAINING
INGREDIENTS MIX WELL, POUR OVER
CABBAGE AND MIX THROUGHLY
CHILL OVER NIGHT AND SERVE
