Ingredients

  • 8 OZ ELBOW MACARONI
  • 16 OZ HEAVY CREAM (1/2 AND 1/2)
  • 2 PACKAGES OF SHARP CHEDDAR CHEESE (ZIPLOCK PACKAGES)
  • 4 OZ GRATED PARMESEAN
  • 1 PACKAGE OF ASIAGO CHEESE (ZIPLOCK PACKAGE)
  • 1 LB LOBSTER MEAT, CHOPPED
  • 1/2 CUP OF BREAD CRUMBS- GROUND INTO SMALL PIECES
  • 2 SMALL GARLIC CLOVES, MINCED
  • 1 LARGE SHALLOT, MINCED
  • 1 TABLESP OLIVE OIL
  • SALT & PEPPER TO TASTE

Preparation

Step 1

1- BOIL WATER- ADD MACARONI. COOK FULLY. DRAIN.
2- PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREES
3- IN SAUCEPAN, PUT CREAM AND CHEESES (3/4 OF THE PARMESEAN) IN AND HEAT ON LOW UNTIL WELL BLENDED. ADD CREAM GRADUALLY.
4- HEAT OLIVE OIL IN SAUTE PAN. ADD SHALLOT & GARLIC AND SAUTE 2-3 MINUTES. ADD LOBSTER AND SAUTE 1 MINUTE.
5- ADD PASTA TO LOBSTER, THEN ADD CHEESE, THEN SALT & PEPPER, MIX WELL.
6- PUT MIXTURE IN CASSEROLE DISH. SPRINKLE TOP WITH GROUND BREAD CRUMBS AND REMAINING PARMESEAN CHEESE.
7- BAKE AT 350 DEGREES OR UNTIL BREAD CRUMBS ARE GOLDEN BROWN
