Ingredients

    cans chicken

    stalks celery, diced

    medium onion, diced

  • 2

    chicken bouillon cubes

  • 1

    tsp. pepper

  • 1

    Tbsp. parsley

  • 4

    cups water

    cup rice, uncooked

    cans carrots, drained

    can green beans, drained

Directions

1. In a large pot, over high heat, combine chicken, celery, onion, bouilion cubes, pepper, parsley and 4 cups water. Stir and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and cook for 35 minutes. 2. In a sauce pan, over high heat, bring water and butter to a boil. Add rice, cover and reduce heat to low. Cook until water is absorbed, about 20 minutes. 3. Add carrots, green beans and cooked rice to large pot and heat for 5 more minutes.
