- 1 egg
- 1 Tbsp. milk
- 1 can French-fried onions, crushed
- 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/3 cup dry bread crumbs
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. ground pepper
- 1 (3-4 Ib.) chicken, cut up
- 2 Tbsp. butter, melted

Step 1
Combine the egg and milk in a shallow dish and whisk until blended. Combine the onions, cheese, bread crumbs, paprika, salt and pepper in a shallow dish
and mix well. Dip the chicken in the egg mixture. Roll in the bread crumb mixture to coat.
Arrange the chicken in a 9x12-inch baking dish and drizzle with the butter. Bake at 350°F for 55 to
60 minutes, or until the chicken registers 165°F with a meat thermometer. Refrigerate any leftovers.
