Easy Lemon Cupcakes

Ingredients

  • 1 box lemon instant pudding
  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 3/4 c. oil
  • 3/4 c. water
  • 4 eggs

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all together.

If using muffin pan fill cups 2/3 full with batter. If using a cookie sheet fill cups 1/2 full with batter.

Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.

Dip cupcakes in glaze when cooled.

GLAZE: Lemon juice & Confectioners' sugar: Simply mix lemon juice and sugar to taste and desired consistency.
