Oven Omelet

Ingredients

  • 8 eggs
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 cups Shredded Hash Brown Potatoes
  • 1 cup Diced Cooked Ham
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350

Lightly grease 8x8" glass baking dish

Beat eggs in a large bowl; stir in milk. Stir in potatoes, ham and cheese. Season to taste and pour into prepared pan.

Baked in preheated over for 45-50 minutes until knife inserted in middle comes out clean.
