Ingredients
- 1 14 oz can (or better, fresh) of hearts of palm, thinly sliced
- 1 tomato, thinly sliced
- 1 Haas avocado, quartered and thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 T fresh orange juice
- 1 T fresh lime juice
- S & P
- Note: Cut the hearts of palm on a bias for a little better presentation.
Preparation
Step 1
Arrange the hearts of palm, tomato and avocado on a platter.
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, orange juice and lime juice; season with salt and pepper.
Drizzle the dressing over the salad.
