Ingredients
- 1 whole egg
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 4 cups Flour
- 1 cup Pecans chopped
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 4 teaspoons Baking Powder
Preparation
Step 1
Grease loaf pan.
Beat egg well. Cream sugar and butter and then add beaten eff. Then alternate dry ingredients and milk. Mix well then add pecans.
Pour into greased loaf pan.
LET STAND FOR 20 MINUTES then bake.
