Spicy Tempura-Dipping Sauce

P.F. Chang’s has a battered green bean appetizer that is a family favorite, and we tried to recreate it at home. I tempura-battered and fried green beans and asparagus spears and then used this recipe for dipping, which is all over the internet and incidentally perfect. Sriracha adds a great flavor and the finished sauce is a lovely orange color!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2-1/2 Tablespoons Sriracha Hot Sauce
  • 6 bulbs Chopped Green Onion (white Parts Only!)
  • 4 cloves Chopped Garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoons Prepared Horseradish

Place the ingredients in a food processor or blender and pulse until smooth.
