Hearty Soup

Ingredients

• tsp each:
• 3 or 4 meat bones ask butcher for these
• 2 lbs chuck roast
• 1 can stewed tomatos
• 1 cup chopped parsley
• 1 cup chopped celery leaves
• 1 tsp salt
• 1/4 tsp pepper
• marjoram
• thyme
• garlic cloves
• 3 cups uncooked veggies of you're choice
• 1 potato cubed
• diced carrots
• sliced onion
• sliced celery

Preparation

Step 1

In large pan place soup bones, roast and diced onion cook till meat is done...remove bones and meat dice up the meat add remaining ingredient and let simmer till done. Salt and Pepper to taste
