Ingredients
- 2 tbs lightly toasted pine nuts
- 1 c lightly packed basil leaves
- 1/2 c grated parmesan
- 1/4 c olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 1/2 c mozzarella cheese
- 14 " prepared pizza crust

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 425
In blender, process nuts, basil, parmesan, oil, salt and pepper.
Sprinkle mozzarella over crust; bake 15-20 minutes.
Remove from oven.
Drop dollops of pesto mix over cheese and bake another 2 minutes.
