Banana Cake

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup margarine (2 sticks)
• 1 1/4 cups sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1/2 cup pareve milk
• 2 cups flour
• 2 teaspoons baking powder
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 2 bananas or 2 1/4 cups fresh blueberries or 1/2-1 can blueberry pie filling

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients except the fruit.
Blend in bananas (The batter should be lumpy)
If using blueberries, mix gently with a spatula.
Pour batter into 9x13 or muffin tins
Bake at 350 for 25 – 30 minutes
