Ingredients
- 2 lb. beef, chile grind
- 1 - 8 oz. can tomato sauce
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 tea. garlic powder
- 1/4 cup Gebhardt Chili Powder
- 1 tea. oregano
- 1 1/2 tea. salt
- 2 tea. cumin
- 1/4 tea. cayenne
- '1/2 can beer
- 1 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
Step 1
Sear meat in covered 2 qt. pan with oil.
Add tomato sauce, onion, and garlic powder; cover and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add remaining ingredients and stir; simmer for one hour.
Add water if necessary.
Garnish with raw onions and grated cheese.
