Chicken Enchiladas

Ingredients

  • Saute:
  • 1 yellow onion (diced)
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • Add:
  • 1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes (crushed)
  • 8 oz. tomato sauce
  • 1 tsp. ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • 4 oz. chopped green chilies
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. basil

Preparation

Step 1

Chicken breast- boil 1 whole breast
cheese
Bring to boil and simmer 20 minutes

Put small amount on flour tortillas then put cooked chicken on roll, and put seam down. Put in sprayed pan. Cover with remaining sauce. Add desired cheese on top.
