- 1 cup Brown Rice Flour
- 1 can Great Northern Beans rinsed (or what ever you want to use)

Step 1
Put all ingredients into food processor and then slowly add about 1/3 cup water until it forms a dough. At this time if you are going to make them sweet add 1 packet of stevia and 1 tsp cinnamon. For savory ones I mixed in 1 tsp chili powder and 1/2 tsp cumin and 1/2 tsp salt. Then roll out on brown rice floured surface turning over to keep dough from sticking and coating with brown rice flour again. Use pizza cutter to slice into chips and drop in hot safflower oil until start to turn light brown (about a minute or so flip and stir chips in oil) cook on that side for about 1 minute or so too. Remove from oil and sprinkle savory ones with sea salt or for sweet ones sprinkle with a mixture of xylitol and cinnamon! SOOOOO GOOD!!
