Roasting spice rub

make the rub in mass quantities for use on anything roasted. Makes enough for a small mason jar- about 1/2 the regular jam-jar size

Ingredients

• 1/4 cup coarse sea salt
• 3 tablespoons coconut sugar
• 1.5 teaspoons ground cloves
• 1.5 teaspoons ground allspice
• 1.5 teaspoons ground nutmeg
• 1.5 teaspoons ground cinnamon
