Country French Chicken Skillet

Ingredients

  • 2 T Butter
  • 1 1/2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken strips
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 pkg. Knorr Recipe Classics Vegetable or Spring Vegetable soup, dip and recipe mix
  • 1/4 tsp. dried dill weed
  • 1/2 c. sour cream

Preparation

Step 1

In skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat and brown chicken turning occasionally for about 5 min.

Stir in water, Knorr's mix, and dill weed. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce to low and simmer covered, stirring occasionally for about 10 min. or until chicken is no longer pink. Remove chicken strips to serving platter and keep warm.

Add the sour cream to the mixture in the skillet; mix well. Place chicken back in skillet and spoon sauce over it. Serve with egg noodles or rice.
