- 8 OZ UNCOOKED SPAGHETTI
- 1/4 C BUTTER, CUBED
- 1 T FLOUR
- 1/4 t SALT
- 1/4 t PEPPER
- 1-1/2 C HALF AND HALF
- 1 C SHREDDED MOZZARELLA
- 1/2 C SHREDDED PROVOLONE
- 1/4 C SHREDDED PARMESAN
- 2 T MINCED FRESH PARSLEY

Step 1
COOK SPAGHETTI ACCORDING TO PACKAGE DIRECTIONS.
MEANWHILE, IN A LARGE SAUCEPAN, MELT BUTTER. STIR IN FLOUR, SALT AND PEPPER UNTIL SMOOTH. GRADUALLY STIR IN CREAM. BRING TO A BOIL; COOK AND STIR FOR 2 MINUTES OR UNTIL THICKENED. REMOVE FROM THE HEAT;STIR IN CHEESES UNTIL MELTED.
DRAIN SPAGHETTI;TOSS WITH CHEESE SAUCE AND PARSLEY.
