  • 1/4 C BUTTER, CUBED
  • 1 T FLOUR
  • 1/4 t SALT
  • 1/4 t PEPPER
  • 1-1/2 C HALF AND HALF
  • 1 C SHREDDED MOZZARELLA
  • 1/2 C SHREDDED PROVOLONE
  • 1/4 C SHREDDED PARMESAN
  • 2 T MINCED FRESH PARSLEY

Step 1

COOK SPAGHETTI ACCORDING TO PACKAGE DIRECTIONS.

MEANWHILE, IN A LARGE SAUCEPAN, MELT BUTTER. STIR IN FLOUR, SALT AND PEPPER UNTIL SMOOTH. GRADUALLY STIR IN CREAM. BRING TO A BOIL; COOK AND STIR FOR 2 MINUTES OR UNTIL THICKENED. REMOVE FROM THE HEAT;STIR IN CHEESES UNTIL MELTED.

DRAIN SPAGHETTI;TOSS WITH CHEESE SAUCE AND PARSLEY.
