Ingredients
- Sour Cream Scalloped Potatoes
- 1 16 oz. bag frozen shredded hash browns or 8 lrg. potaotes cooked in skins and shredded.
- 1/4 C butter melted
- 1 can cream of chicken soup.
- 1/3 c onion finely chopped
- 1 C sour cream
- 1/2 c grated cheddar cheese
- 1 C Corn Flakes
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredents together except potatoes. Add potatoes. Melt 2T butter, mix with 1c corn flakes crushed. Sprinkle on top of potatoes. Bake 350 for 30 minutes
