Ingredients
- 5 ears of corn, boiled and blanched
- 1 red onion, or 1/2 cup, diced
- 1 large bunch of basil leaves, julienned
- 1 diced red bell pepper
- 1 diced green bell pepper
- 2 pints of grape tomatoes sliced in half
- 3 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- salt and pepper
