Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients

• 3/4 cup peanut butter
• 1/2 cup Crisco
• 1 1/4 cups brown sugar
• 3 Tbsp milk
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 egg
• 1 3/4 cups flour
• 3/4 tsp salt
• 3/4 tsp baking soda

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 375.

Combine peanut butter,crisco, sugar milk and vanilla.
Beat at medium speed until well blended.
Add egg
Combine flour, salt and baking powder-- add to creamed mixture and mic.
Drop by tsp fulls 2 inches apart. Make crisscorss pattern with fork and bake at 375 for 7-8 minutes.
