Angelic Bananas

• 6 bananas
• 1/2 cup butter, melted
• 3/4 cup brown sugar
• 1 cup sour cream

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Peel bananas and cut into 1/2" slices. Place the bananas in a shallow baking dish or a glass pie dish. Sprinkle brown sugar evenly over the top of the bananas. Pour the butter over the top. Bake 20-30 minutes. gently stir with a wooden spoon after 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and spread sour cream over the top. Serve warm.
