Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked, mashed sweet potato
- 1/4 cup cooked pureed spinach
- 1 egg
- 2 tbs milk
- 1 cup crushed whole wheat bread crumbs
Preparation
Step 1
Mix sweet potato, spinach, egg and milk
Form mixture into balls
Roll balls in crushed bread crumbs and place on cookie sheet
Bake until egg is thoroughly cooked.
