Chocolate Fondue

Ingredients

  • 6 oz bittersweet chocolate
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream

Preparation

Step 1

Microwave 6 oz chopped bittersweet chocolate with
1/4 cup heavy cream on 75% power until melted, about
2 minutes.

Whisk until smooth.

Serve with fresh fruit and/or cubed angel food cake, for dipping.
