• 1/4 cup sugar
• 1/2 tsp vanilla
• 1 egg
• 1 1/4 cups pumpkin
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 1/4 tsp ginger
• dash of salt
• 1 cup evaporated milk
• 2 eggs, beaten
• 1 frozen deep dish pie crust

Step 1

Combine cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and egg until smooth and spread on the bottom of a frozen deep dish pie crust.
