M & M Cookies (Rosie)

Ingredients

• 1 cup liquid shortening
• 1 cup brown sugar, packed
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 2 eggs
• 2 tsp vanilla
• 2 1/4 cups flour
• 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
• 1 tsp. salt
• 1 cup M & M's

Preparation

Step 1

Cream shortening, sugar, eggs and vanilla. Mix dry ingredients and combine with creamed mixture. Drop by teaspoon on an ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten to 2" diameter. Decorate with 4-6 M & M's. Bake @ 375 for 8-10 minutes. Makes 2-4 dozen.
