- FLANK STEAK CUT DIAGONALLY
- TANGERINE ZEST- GRATED
- 2 TABLESP OF FRESH CHOPPED GINGER
- 2 TABLESP OF CHILI GARLIC SAUCE
- 2 TABLESP OF HOISIN SAUCE
- 2 TABLESP OF HONEY
- 5 TABLESP OF SOY SAUCE
- 1/4 CUP WINE SHERRY
- 1/4 CUP OF TANGERINE JUICE
- 1 RED ONION
- 1 BELL PEPPER
- SUGAR SNAP PEAS
- 1 TABLESP OF CORN STARCH
- 1 TABLESP OIL

Preparation
Step 1
1- PAN 1: HEAT CHOPPED GINGER & GARLIC & RED ONION. ADD BELL PEPPERS AND SUGAR SNAP PEAS , COOK ON LOW.
2- PAN 2: FLANK STEAK- MIX 3 TABLESP OF SOY SAUCE WITH 1 TABLESP CORN STARCH . COAT STEAK IN CORN STARCH MIXTURE. HEAT OIL IN PAN, HEAT STEAK IN OIL. DRAIN.
3- ADD STEAK TO PAN 1. ADD CHILI GARLIC SAUCE, HOISIN, HONEY, SOY SAUCE, SHERRY, TANGERINE JUICE, TANGERINE ZEST. COOK ALL ON MEDIUM UNTIL HEATED
-SERVE WITH RICE.
