Ingredients
- 2 – 3 LB PORK SHOULDER
- 1/4 CUP YELLOW ONIONS
- 1/4 CUP GREEN CHILIES
- 1 TSP MINCED GARLIC
- 1 1/4 CUP DICED TOMATOES
- 1 TBSP CUMIN
- 2 TSP ONION POWDER
- 1 TSP GARLIC POWDER
- 1/2 TSP SALT
- 1 TBSP HONEY
- 2 TSP LIME JUICE
- 2 TBSP ORANGE JUICE
- 1/2 CUP BARBECUE SAUCE
Preparation
Step 1
PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 F, MIX INGREDIENTS
CUT MEAT SEASON MEAT, PLACE IN PAN
ADD ONIONS AND GARLIC, ADD APPLE JUICE
JUST TO COVER MOST OF MEAT. BAKE
3 TO 3 ½ HR, PULL OUT SHRED MEAT
PLACE BACK IN PAN AND BACK IN OVEN TILL
BROWNED
