Ingredients

  • 2 – 3 LB PORK SHOULDER
  • 1/4 CUP YELLOW ONIONS
  • 1/4 CUP GREEN CHILIES
  • 1 TSP MINCED GARLIC
  • 1 1/4 CUP DICED TOMATOES
  • 1 TBSP CUMIN
  • 2 TSP ONION POWDER
  • 1 TSP GARLIC POWDER
  • 1/2 TSP SALT
  • 1 TBSP HONEY
  • 2 TSP LIME JUICE
  • 2 TBSP ORANGE JUICE
  • 1/2 CUP BARBECUE SAUCE

Preparation

Step 1

PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 F, MIX INGREDIENTS
CUT MEAT SEASON MEAT, PLACE IN PAN
ADD ONIONS AND GARLIC, ADD APPLE JUICE
JUST TO COVER MOST OF MEAT. BAKE
3 TO 3 ½ HR, PULL OUT SHRED MEAT
PLACE BACK IN PAN AND BACK IN OVEN TILL
BROWNED
