    cup finely chopped celery

  • cup finely chopped green pepper

  • ½

    cup sliced scallions

  • ¼

    cup finely choped parsely

    pound lump crabmeat

  • cups crushed soda crackers

  • ½

    tsp salt

  • ½

    tsp dry mustard

  • tabasco

  • ¼

    cup heavy cream

  • ¾

    cup melted butter


Oven to 350 combine celery, pepper scallions crab 1/2 cups of soday crackers salt mustar and a few drops of Tabasco. Add the cream and 1/2 cup of melted butter. Mix together gently. Spoon the mixture into a buttered 1/1/2 qt casserole and sprinkel the reaminning cracker crumbs. dRibble the reamining butter and bake for 30 minutes. This serves well in individual ramekins of shell appetizer bowls/
