Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs beef strips
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 3/4 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 tbsp tomato paste or katsup
- 1 can campbells beef consumme
- 2 tsp butter
- 1 cup sourcream
- 4 tbsp flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Wide egg noodles

Preparation
Step 1
Shake beef in bag with 2 tbsp flour and salt. Melt butter in skillet and brown meat. When meat is browned add onion, garlic and mushrooms - cook untill mushrooms ars tender. Remove all of meat mixture.
Melt 2 tbsp butter. Mix consimme and flour then add to pan. Also add tomato paste and sour cream. Stir well then add meat mixture. Cook 3-4 minutes
Serve over wide egg noodles
