Ingredients

  • eggs 2
  • coconut milk - 1 3/4
  • coconut oil 1/4 C
  • apple - 1
  • vanilla - 2 tsp
  • whole wheat flour - 1 C
  • ground flax - 1/4 C
  • 1 1/2 C other flour (buckwheat, oat, etc)
  • baking powder 4 tsp
  • baking soda 1 tsp
  • sugar 1 TB
  • salt 1/2 tsp

Preparation

Step 1

In vitamix place:
eggs, milk, oil, apple, vanilla, sugar, salt

in bowl mix flour, ground flax, fours, baking powder & soda

mix wet ingredients into dry




Serve with Sausage or Bacon & eggs
