Ingredients

4 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 stick softened unsalted butter

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all of the above ingredients until crumbly.

ADD:
1 c. buttermilk
1/4 c. orange juice
2 lg. eggs beaten

Mix all!

ADD:
1 c. raisins

lightly grease 9" pie pan. Score it with an X.

Bake 1 hr. & 15 min. until golden brown

Preheat oven 350 degrees
