Mexican Smores (rolled tortillas) on the grill

Ingredients

  • Small flour tortillas
  • peanut butter
  • mini marshmellows
  • chocolate chips

Preparation

Step 1

Spread tortillas with peanut butter, sprinkle with marshmellows and chocolate chips

Roll up and roll in a tin-foil square - twisting ends to close tightly.

Lay over charcoal grill for about 5 minutes or until chips and marshmellows are melted.

Cut into individual pieces and enjoy warm.
