Ingredients
- 2 pounds pork, sliced in strips
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
- 1 (8 ounce) can bamboo shoots, sliced thin
- 1 (4 ounce)bottle pimientos, sliced thin
- 1 (16 ounce) can sweet peas, drained
- Salt to taste
- MSG, optional
Preparation
Step 1
Brown pork and garlic. Remove garlic and drain oil. Add onion and cook until tender. Then add tomato sauce and tomato taste with 2 tomato cans of water. Add bamboo shoots and pimientos. Simmer about 1/2 hour. Add peas. Season to taste. Serve.
