Ingredients

• 1/4 cup butter
• 1 lb carton small curd cottage cheese
• 3 eggs beaten
• 1/2 lb cheddar cheese - grated
• 1 pk - 10 pz frozen spinach -- thawed and squeezed well
• 3 tbsp flour
• salt and pepper

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350
Cut butter in small pieces]
Mix all ingredients and pour into a greased 9 inch pie pan
Bake uncovered - 75 minutes
