Apple Salad

Ingredients
- 2 large apples diced (I used Honeycrisp)
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
- 3/4 c. light mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 T. sugar
Preparation
Step 1
Place apples, celery and walnuts in a bowl.
In a separate bowl stir mayonnaise and sugar until smooth.
Pour mayonnaise over apples/celery/walnuts and mix well.
Refrigerate 1 hour before serving.
Notes
This recipe can easily be doubled!
