  • 0.5 CUP LIME JUICE

  • 4 MINCED GARLIC CLOVES
  • 1 TSP CHIPOTLE PEPPER
  • 1 TBSP CHILE POWDER
  • 1 TBSP GROUND CUMIN
  • 1 TBSP PAPRIKA
  • 1 TBSP BLACK PEPPER
  • 3 LBS FLANK STEAK

Preparation

Step 1

MIX ALL INGREDIENTS TOGETHER IN A
NON REACTIVE CONTAINER , PLACE MEAT IN
6 TO 8 HR AND COOK, SERVE ON FLOUR
