  • 1 can muir glen organic fire roasted diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup tomato juice
  • 1 slice 1/4 inch thick red onion
  • 1 tbsp cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3 drops red pepper sauce
  • 1 small cuke peeled and diced
  • 1 can special white crab meat drained about 1 cup
  • 2 tsp dill weed chopped coarsely



Step 1

In food processor place all ingredients except cucumber and dill weed. Cover and process with on and off pulses until pureed stir in cucumber
Spoon about 1/3 cup tomatoes mixture into each of 8 martini or wine glasses. Spoon I helping crabmeat onto center of each cocktail Sprinkle with dill weed
