Ingredients
- 2 packages cream cheese (8 oz ea) softened
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- Vanilla
- 1 can cherry pie filling
- Nabisco vanilla wafers
Preparation
Step 1
In bowl, mix all ingredients except the cherry pie filling. Line muffin tins with papers, put a wafer in the bottom. Pour 1/2 full - bake 20 minutes @ 350 - cool, put pie filling on top
