Pumpkin Cheesecake Bars

Ingredients

• 1 (16 oz) pkg pound cake mix
• 3 eggs
• 2 tbs. butter, melted
• 4 tsp pumpkin pie spice, divided
• 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
• 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1 (16 oz) can pumpkin
• 1 cup chopped nuts

Preparation

Step 1

Combine cake mix and butter, egg, 2 tsp pie spice til crumbly. Press into botton of pan. Beat cheese til fluffy, gradually beat in condensed milk, 2 eggs, pumpkin, 2 tsp pie spice, salt. Mix well, pour over crust. Sprinkle nuts on top. Bake @ 350 for 30-35 minutes or until set. Cool and cut, refrigerate.
