Ingredients
- 2 shallots
- 4 cloves garlic
- chunk of fresh ginger (when ground about 1/8 cup)
- 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/8 cup white balsamic vinegar
- 1/8 cup worcestershire sauce
- 1/8 cup lemon juice
- 1/8 cup water
- salt and pepper

Preparation
Step 1
In a small food processor or blender, chop solid ingredients then add liquids and blend. Use for steak, chicken or pork. Marinade meat for 1 hour to several hours.
