Ingredients

  • 1 pkg wide Pennsylvania Dutch Egg Noodles
  • Large container ricotta
  • 4 eggs
  • shredded mozzarella (shake in amount desired)
  • grated cheese (shake in amount desired)
  • parsley (to taste)
  • garlic powder (to taste)
  • salt and pepper (to taste)
  • Tomato sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Beat all ingredients (except noodles and tomato sauce) until creamy.

Cook noodles for 5 or 6 minutes (leave a little hard). Drain well.

Fold noodles with ricotta mixture.

Cover bottom of lasagna pan with tomato sauce.

Pour mixture into dish.

Pour tomato sauce on top of mixture.

Cook at 375 degrees for 20 minutes (until bubbles).

Put mozzarella on top and melt. Can broil to slighly brown.

Remove from oven and let settle for 10 minutes before cutting.

(Can make one large or two small lasagnas)
