Sour Cream Cake (Linda Smith)

Ingredients

• 1 cup margarine
• 2 cups sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 cup sour cream
• 1/4 tsp vanilla
• 1 1/4 tsp baking powder
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 2 cups flour
• TOPPING
• Brown sugar
• Cinnamon

Preparation

Step 1

Cream together margarine, sugar & eggs, fold in sour cream and vanilla. Fold in sifted dry ingredients. Pour 1/4 of batter into greased and floured tube pan - spread half of the topping, then the balance of batter and finish with topping. Bake @ 350 for 1 hour
