Quick, Easy, and full of flavor!

Ingredients

• 1 lemon cake mix
• 2 c. cool whip
• 1 egg
• confectioners sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix first three ingredients well. Roll heaping teaspoons full into small balls then roll in sugar. Bake for approximately 10 minutes. Cool 1 minute before removing from cookie sheet to a cooling rack.
