Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cup chicken
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/4 tsp chili powder
- 2 medium scallions sliced
- 1 (15 oz) can canned corn drained
- 1 cup black beans

Step 1
Preheat oven 350 degrees. Place chicken in glass baking dish, bake until juices run clear, about 25 min. Chop into bite size pieces; set aside.
combine mayonnaise,sour cream,cumin,chili powder in medium bowl.
Stir in chicken, green onions and corn; mix well. Gently fold in black beans. Cover and chill at least 2 hrs.
