    cup mayonnaise

    cup sour cream

  • 1/2

    tsp cumin

  • 1/4

    tsp chili powder

    medium scallions sliced

    (15 oz) can canned corn drained

    cup black beans

Directions

Preheat oven 350 degrees. Place chicken in glass baking dish, bake until juices run clear, about 25 min. Chop into bite size pieces; set aside. combine mayonnaise,sour cream,cumin,chili powder in medium bowl. Stir in chicken, green onions and corn; mix well. Gently fold in black beans. Cover and chill at least 2 hrs.
