SEASON BRISKET OVER NIGHT THEN SMOKE
FOR NO MORE THEN 4 HOURS AT 225 F TILL
IT OF 185- 190. BURNT ENDS CUBE BRISKET
PUT INTO BBQ SAUCE, BACK INTO SMOKER
TO CARAMELIZE SAUCE, SERVE
