RED WINE MARINADE FOR BEEF, PORK AND CHICKEN

Ingredients

  • 1/3 CUP OLIVE OIL
  • JUICE OF 1 LEMON
  • 1 CUP RED WINE DRY
  • 1 TSP KETCHUP
  • 2 CLOVES MINCED GARLIC
  • 1/2 TSP BARBECUE SEASONING
  • 1 TSP GROUND MUSTARD
  • 1 TSP DIJON MUSTARD
  • 1/4 TSP GROUND THYME
  • 1 CRUMB BAY LEAF
  • 1 SPRIG ROSEMARY
  • 1/4 TSP SALT
  • 1 TSP BLACK PEPPER
  • 1 TBSP WORCESTERSHIRE

Preparation

Step 1

MIX ALL INGREDIENTS TOGETHER, PREPARE MEAT AND SOAK MEAT IN MARINADE OVER NIGHT THEN GRILL
