AT 350 F FOR 3 TO 4 HOUR TILL AN
INTERNAL TEMP OF 150F IS REACHED
MORE OR LESS ON DISERED DONENESS
IF SMOKED 225 F BOX SMOKE WITH FAVORITE
WOOD NO MORE THEN 4 HR OF SMOKE
