  • 1 PKG CAPELLINI ANGLE HAIR PASTA
  • 1/4 CUP OLIVE OR VEGETABLE OIL
  • 1/4 CUP CHOPPED FRESH PARSLEY
  • 4 CLOVES OF GARLIC, FINELY CHOPPED
  • 1/2 CUP FRESHLY GRATED PARMESAN CHEESE
  • FRESHLY GROUND PEPPER

Preparation

Step 1

COOK PASTA AS DIRECTED, WHILE PASTA IS COOKING, HEAT OIL IN SKILLET OVER MEDIUM HIGH HEAT. COOK PARSLEY AND GARLIC IN OIL, STIRRING OFTEN, UNTIL GARLIC IS GOLDEN. DRAIN PASTA; MIX WITH GARLIC MIXTURE. SPRINKLE WITH CHEESE. SERVE WITH PEPPER.
