  • CROSTINI, CRACKERS OR CRUDITES FOR SERVING

Directions

COOK SHRIMP UNTIL OPAQUE THROUGHOUT. IMMEDIATELY TRANSFER TO A COLANDER AND RUN COLD WATER OVER THEM TO STOP THE COOKING. PAT SHRIMP DRY AND THEN FINELY CHOP. IN A MEDIUM BOWL, COMBINE SHRIMP, SOUR CREAM, MAYO, SCALLIONS, PARSLEY, AND LEMON ZEST AND JUICE; SEASON WITH SALT AND PEPPER. CHILL SHRIMP DIP UNTIL COLD ALL THE WAY THROUGH.
